  • All sessions are one hour. That gives you enough time to warm up properly, get quality reps in, and leave with specific feedback and something to work on before your next visit.

  • Bring your bat, glove, and cleats. BTD provides all technology equipment including HitTrax, Blast Motion, and Win Reality. Just show up ready to work.

  • BTD works with athletes starting at age 8 through high school and competitive travel ball. Programs are built around the athlete's age, position, and competitive goals, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

  • Yes. All three programs, hitting, fielding, and strength and conditioning, are built for both baseball and softball athletes across every position.

  • BTD is based in Manassas, Virginia. Exact facility details are provided in your booking confirmation through TheFuturesApp. If you have questions about location before booking, reach out through the Contact page.
